Our Pinot Noir has an elegant, silky texture with an array of black fruits & secondary game flavours. Well integrated oak provides sappy, spicy complexity & aids the tannin structure.

A medium to full bodied wine with finely balanced acidity and a soft creamy texture. The complex array of fruit and savoury flavours is carried on the long, clean finish.

A dryer style, the palate is full, rich and generous with an array of delicate aromatic flavours that persist on the long finish. With careful cellaring our Pinot Gris will gain texture and complexity.
 

A medium-bodied wine with a harmonious palate showing baked apples, almonds and a subtle spice. It has a finely balanced acidity that lends to the clean, lengthy finish.

Fresh-flavoured and light-bodied with a racy acid length and an off-dry finish. Flavours of lemon/lime, delicate florals and green apple are to the fore with hints of ginger spice. Great with food but also makes an ideal aperitif.

Full-bodied with a rich, luscious texture that coats the palate with the variety’s distinct and heady flavours. The residual sugar adds to the wine’s oily, textural qualities.

Delicate crushed strawberry and sweet cherry fruit flavours with refreshing watermelon and cream soda notes.  The palate is soft and plush, supporting delicate berry fruit aromatics and creamy complexities, with a long, clean acid finish.

The palate is luscious and concentrated, with layers of honey and dried fruit flavours. The finish has a pleasing acid freshness. A great accompaniment for rich, soft cheeses and sweet deserts.
