Scrub the Oyster shells clean under cold running water.
Shuck - Do not shuck your Oysters until just before you are ready to serve them.
Wrap the Oyster in a cloth to protect your hands, insert your shucking knife (if you don't have one, use a knife with a strong blade) into the pointed end of the Oyster and twist until the shells break apart. Loosen the opened oyster from the shell to make it easy to eat.
Nestle your shucked Oysters onto a serving plate of crushed ice, add a few wedges of lemon and serve with our Samantha bubbles.
