Shipping Rates

We are fortunate to work with a number of couriers to be able to get your wine to you around New Zealand. Our courier providers give excellent service and care to get your wines delivered direct to your home.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day. If orders are received after 4pm or on a weekend day, we aim to dispatch orders the next business day. 

NEW ZEALAND

Online orders have a minimum order quantity of six bottles.

A flat $10 shipping fee applies to New Zealand online orders.

Whitehaven Compass Club members continue to enjoy complimentary shipping on online orders. Joining Compass Club is free - simply create an account with us to access this benefit and other member experiences. Sign up here. 

Deliveries typically take 3–5 working days, and up to 7 working days for rural addresses. Please note that courier delays can occasionally occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
