✔ Protecting at least 50ha of wetlands and riparian margins on company land.
✔ Employing soil moisture probes on at least 50% of company land to measure moisture levels, ensuring water is only added when it is needed.
✔ Increasingly using sub-surface irrigation to help prevent evaporation, to avoid watering competing vegetation, and ensure water gets to the root zone as needed.
✔ Treating waste water which is irrigated to land, and improving the quality of waste water to a level it can be irrigated or re-used to grape land.
✔ Developing a full wetland plan for affected vineyard sites.
