The highlight ‘Passionate Pairings’ dinner of the 2013 Vancouver International Wine Festival (held at The Boathouse) went all out to showcase NZ-inspired food matched with award-winning NZ wines.
The winning combination was Whitehaven Pinot Noir 2011 with NZ Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio with arugula, aged parmesan and balsamic shallots.
