The International Eastern Wine Competition, started in 1975, is one of the oldest and longest-running wine competitions in America, while the West Coast Wine Competition, established in 1982, has annually recognized wines produced and bottled in the West.  These two well established wine competitions now go head to head every year in the International 'East Meets West' Wine challenge.

In this year's competition not only did WHITEHAVEN win GOLD and BEST IN CLASS for our current vintage 2013 Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, but went on to be awarded BEST OF SHOW WHITE and BEST OF EAST MEETS WEST.
