"Bright, even, pale yellow with some depth and a slightly green hue. The nose is full and upfront with aromas of nuts, barrel spice, shortbread, underlying stonefruit and tree fruit mix. Medium-full bodied, apple, pear, and peach aromas have a fresh core, enriched by toasted almonds, barrel spices, and buttery shortbread. Youthful and vibrant flavours are the dominant here; barrel elements added complexity and interest. This is a youthful Chardonnay with bright fruit and oak details. Match with lemon chicken and crumbled fish over the next 3-4 years.
