Bright, very pale straw colour with slight green hues, very light edged. The nose is softly fresh with light aromas of passionfruit and subtle notes of fresh herbs, unfolding delicate white floral detail and nuances of honeysuckle.
The aromatics are refreshing and build with a soft density in the glass. Off-dry to taste and light-bodied, the palate is mouthwatering with bright and refreshing acidity carrying light flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries and herbs, along with lifted florals. The mouthfeel has a soft richness and rounded core, balanced by acid cut, and the zestiness carries the wine to a lingering, thirst-quenching finish with light passionfruit and herb notes.
This is a crisp and refreshing, light-bodied, off-dry blend of Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc with soft passionfruit and floral flavours and a suggestion of richness.
